HAUS International operates under NestApple Inc., a New York licensed real estate brokerage. We work exclusively with IE New York College students. We have been through the NYC rental process as international students. We know what landlords reject and why. HAUS was built to fix that.
The story
Two founders,
one community.
Pablo started the IENYC Real Estate Club in his first semester. He personally experienced the challenges of being an international student in NYC and, inspired by both his own journey and those of his classmates, set out to solve them.
Nicole had been brokering apartments in New York for eight years and had watched international students get the worst version of the market. High-volume agents, generic processes, no one accountable when it went sideways.
HAUS is what they built together. A concierge model, a dedicated team, and the relationships Nicole has built over 8 years with landlords willing to consider international student profiles.
Our mission: make NYC housing the easiest part of moving here. We filter the market for landlords who will accept an IENYC student’s profile, structure each application around what those landlords actually require, and coordinate the lease, the guarantor, and the move-in so the housing question is closed before you board the plane.

How we operate

HAUS International is a tenant-side real estate brand operating under NestApple Inc., a New York licensed brokerage. We work exclusively with IENYC students by choice, because the program and timeline are what we know best.

We take fewer clients on purpose. Every IENYC student we work with is run by a real agent, not a queue.

One transparent fee
One month’s rent at lease signing. No retainers, no add-ons, no fee if you don’t sign.

Independent brokers
We do not push any specific guarantor company or landlord. Our only job is to find the right apartment for you.
