How HAUS began.
Pablo founded the IE New York College Real Estate Club in his first semester, then set out to solve what he and his classmates faced as international students.
Nicole, a New York broker for eight years, watched international students get the worst of it: high-volume agents, generic processes, no one accountable when it went sideways.
Our mission: make New York housing the easiest part of moving here.
We find landlords who will accept your profile, shape each application to what they require, and settle lease, guarantor and move-in before you board the plane.
